LODEBEWEB never steps in to find a place to rent or in any transaction. 

The sole function of LODEBEWEB is to provide a means of communication and a way for our partners – and their partners – to get a great panel of advertisements put by individuals or the  owners themselves.

That’s why tenants or landlords may not involve LODEBEWEB in any  deal, especially if they’re disputing whatever for, even if they accidentally transmit any virus, Trojan or fraudulous mails.

This is not the sense at all of your original in French, which is about removing LODEBEWEB from legal responsibility. Is this what you intend?

Landlords :

Terms and Conditions

 The access to the services listed above is  opened only to individuals and landlords who are in possession of one or several real estate properties, hereafter referred to as “users”. LODEBEWEB does not accept any advertisement from professionals, and any ad placed by a professional under the guise of  an individual will be deleted and its cost not refunded.

 So as to be given the benefit of the publishing Service, the landlord (USER) must be over 18 on the date of subscription and he must be legally entitled to sign any contract and to open a client account. The subscribtion form must be accurately filled in, completely and with no errors, and the user commits himself to provide truthful and honest information. As soon as a landlord has subscribed to LODEBEWEB services, he is expected to accept straight away and without reservation our terms and conditions. Information given by the User when he subscribes are published with his ads and are accessible by the Internet users who look at the ads. The LODEBEWEB User certifies the accuracy of his identity  when he subscribes. And the User commits himself to correct any wrong information that may be given us when he  subscribed, any change of address or  telephone numbers for example.

ACCES CODES  and PASSWORD

The LODEBEWEB User is the only owner of his pass-word and access code which are given to him when he subscribes and he must do everything possible to make sure they are safe and secured. If he loses them and if he is aware of any fraudulent use of them by anyone he must warn LODEBEWEB straightaway for LODEBEWEB cannot be responsible of any incident of this type.

LIABILITY

The LODEBEWEB User accepts that he acts on his behalf only and declares that he assumes the entire liability of the editorial content of his advertisements. The landlord (User) must own his real estate, or be mandated by a landlord or have the landlord’s permission to authorize LODEBEWEB and its partners to circulate his ad in full (texts, data, photos, booking schedules…) on any media (electronic editions, directories, guides, paper editions and other forms) for their promotion. The User certifies that he owns the copyrights of the photos and texts that he puts in his ads; these must be true representations of the interior and exterior of the property. The editorial content of each advertisement must respect the image of anyone, whoever he or she is  (physical or moral). [not sure I understand this]

The LODEBEWEB User accepts that he alone is responsible for the use of our services carried by our Web sites and the editorial content of his own ads.  The LODEBEWEB User is responsible for his equipment and its use.  He alone will meet the direct and indirect costs of his Internet connection. And LODEBEWEB managers deny all liability if the LODEBEWEB User should be wronged or if he would be prejudicial to ayone’s interests, directly or indirectly, for any services he would offer. [This is not clear]

CONTRACTUEL OBLIGATIONS OF THE LODEBEWEB USER

 the LODEBEWEB User commits himself/herself  :

1     to update the content of his ads as well as his LODEBEWEB User account

2.      to update the schedule of availability, while withdrawing booked periods on the LODEBEWEB Web site as he progresses with his reservations. Otherwise, LODEBEWEB reserves the right to suspend the landlord’s advertisement while awaiting his update.

3.      to answer anyone who gets in touch with him.

4.      to supply accurate ads so as to avoid any confusion or lack of understanding from potential renters.

5.      to withdraw all his outdated ads.

6.      to respect legal layouts according to any rented properties or vacation real estate ; meaning that he must repect the general rules of this economic sector.

In his advertisement,  the LODEBEWEB User can put a link to his own Web site where his ad is  - but only for this ad [this is not clear] No professional page wll be accepted and, anyway, LODEBEWEB will not be responsible for its editorial content. After checking, LODEBEWEB can edit any  classified ad out if it has nothing to do with the real rented property offered by the landlord. In this situation, LODEBEWEB will cancel the ad; besides, LODEBEWEB will not give you your money back

The LODEBEWEB User can modify his classified ad within 7 days. After 8 days, this ad is supposed to be “signed off”. After a week, this ad is published on the whole WEBIMM@ network for its period of validity. The LODEBEWEB User will be able to modify and update his ad during this whole period of time but he would have to accept responsibility in case of any problem of content,  false statements, inaccurate updating datas or booking schedules, etc.

The LODEBEWEB User declares that he will accept any cookies or information emails regularly sent by LODEBEWEB about the services it offers  and their improvement or its frequent Web sites maintenance.
 

The LODEBEWEB User gives LODEBEWEB the right to use and highlight his ads and their content so as to promote his services on the LODEBEWEB Web sites network.

The LODEBEWEB User accepts that LODEBEWEB has the right to decide the format of the information contained in the ads; the selection of information it publishes; the general editorial content of each of its Web sites; its own ads and the links attached to them  the order of the ads it decides to publish; and more generally for the conditions in which the ads are published.

The LODEBEWEB User is solely responsible for his ads ; thus he must expressly disclaim liability for LODEBEWEB regarding a third party.

LODEBEWEB reserves the right to withdraw any files of the ads which would violate the rules expressed in the terms and conditions of the contract. If so, LODEBEWEB would not reimburse  the LODEBEWEB User.

If any complaint is lodged against LODEBEWEB for any keyboarding error, the latter would accept liability only up to the price already paid by the LODEBEWEB User for his advertisement.

TARIFFS  For 13 Websites

 ADS PAYMENT

 LODEBEWEB has at its disposal a very secure online payment system via credit card or Paypal. The subscriptions are taken out to  LODEBEWEB for a period of time chosen by the LODEBEWEB User,  so no total or partial reimbursement is possible.

 RETRACTATION RIGHT

 The LODEBEWEB User gets a right of retraction but he must use it within 7 days from the date of creation of his ads. However, he loses this right as soon as the ad is published and paid for. In that case, he will not get any compensation. Whatever the case, he will have to inform LODEBEWEB of his decision, e-mailing : contact@vacances-faciles.net .

The Vacationers or Holiday-makers

 The Vacationers or tenants undertake to be polite and courteous in their relation with the landlords. If, after communicating with a landlord or after a stay in a rented property found through one of LODEBEWEB Web sites, a Vacationer is aware of some lack of frankness or essential information or false informations or if the published ad does not correspond to previous statements, he can inform LODEBEWEB, just clicking on this link.

Miscellaneous

 NEWSLETTER

Landlords or Vacationers can register  to the LODEBEWEB Newletter by clicking on the link they find in the registration mail they got from LODEBEWEB.. But it’s also possible for them to stop subscribing at any time on the LODEBEWEB Web sites.

 TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE

 LODEBEWEB does its best to make its 11 Web sites available to all : 7 days/7 and 24 hours a day, apart from maintenance periods or cases of absolute necessity. In the latter event, LODEBEWEB promises to do its best to restore the access to its services as soon as it can.

 COPYRIGHT

Any editorial contents published on the LODEBEWEB Web sites are protected by copyright. All copying, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

When you are using the LODEBEWEB services, this means that you accept de facto and de jure, without reservation, its terms and conditions. Besides, LODEBEWEB reserves the right to modify, to withdraw or to add, parts or all of the layouts of these terms and conditions LODEBEWEB has the right to sell or to transfer without notice the rights and/or the obligations of its current terms and conditions As soon as the LODEBEWEB User starts using the LODEBEWEB services, he accepts all the amendments which might have been reached.

The present terms and conditions are governed by French legislation.

PROTECTION of people and goods /

LODEBEWEB has the right to withdraw any ad or photo which has been the source of any complaint. [some missing here]

 You have the right to modify or delete any personal information about yourself (according to the 78-01 Law of 06.01.1978 called the data processing and freedom Law.  To do so, you must contact LODEBEWEB, e-mailing contact@vacances-faciles.net. You can also unsubscribe from the LODEBEWEB Newsletters at any time, just by clicking on “cancellation of subscription”.
