Bathroom: bath with shower, sink, toilet, storage closet (and the corridor), electrical towel dryer. Possibility to rent on-site kits "toilet": towel, bath towel, bath mat



Kitchenette: fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher coffee maker. Crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils. Stainless steel sink with mixer tap. Cupboard: 4 top, 2 bottom, a table and 4 wooden chairs.



In July all meals can be taken on the balcony.



Living room: sofa bed (1 person) and a sofa bed (2 people). Possibility to rent on-site kits "machine" includes: sheets, pillowcases. TV.



Balcony / terrace of 9 m2 overlooking shady park, with a round table and 4 lawn chairs. In the sun until about 13h.



Location and availability of the residence (the Tanit) shopping mall within it: bread, food ... close (on foot) of all businesses (0.3 kms) and sandy beaches (0.6 kms: Antibes Juan Les Pins). Possibility of underground garage (charge) (see in advance at the reception for booking). Free parking at the edge of the residence, another free public about 500m. Pool reserved for occupants of the residence, supervised by lifeguard in high season. Possibility of sports: sailing, golf, tennis, cycling, fishing karting, etc ...



  20km from Nice Airport, 0.6 kms from the railway station in Juan les Pins, 2kms from the TGV station of Antibes, 6kms from the motorway exit Antibes.
